Trikonasana -triangle pose
A staple pose in yoga that I want to implement more in my classes.
Are you familiar with triangle?
Here are some of my favourite cues to Get you into YOUR best expression of this classic asana:
•make sure your body stays on Ine line and doesnt tilt to the side to «Get deeper»
•draw your feet towards eachother to engage both legs
•ground down the other Edge of your back foot
•there is no weight in your lower hand
•rather extend your side body instead of collapsing forward
•if you cant reach the floor with your lower hand use a block or your shin
•if you find it hard to balance while gazing up, focus on something on the wall instead or look towards your big toe
