Let me help you getting savely and effectivly into Prasarita padottanasana A. These cues can be a great tool both if you attend my classes or want to practice at home:

Cues:

•Your toes turn slightly inwards
•keep your wait in the front part of your feet
•your core stays engaged
•prolong your spine on inhales
•fold deeper on exhales
•sitting bones moving upwards

Modifications:

•If this is to difficult keep a straight back parallel to floor with your hands underneath your shoulder
• maybe with some blocks to give your arms extra lengh
•to deep of a stretch? Bend your knees a bit
